Had a great experience and everyone was there was nice, I am very scred of dentist in general and felt everything was explained and modern and clean. Helped me finish this time with the chil pill!

It is obvious that Dr. Mason wants as much money from you or your insurance plan as possible. When I go there I feel so burdened because he's constantly asking if I want to try this or that, which I feel like is unnecessary. There comes a time when the patient opts out or says no, you respect their choice.

The dentist was great and the staff was friendly and( that is good news and not seen a lot ), the treatment was great and my front tooth was fixed nicely. Thank You Dr.

The entire staff made me feel welcome and they all listened and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was pleasant, the dental chair was comfortable and Dr Mason is so very friendly and took great care in getting my dental work done. The bathrooms were spotless and I really appreciated that. I just recommended him to my grandmother a few minutes ago!

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The restrooms at this office were clean. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. They also have the sedation and I SLEPT through the whole appointment.!!!!! I felt like they really cared about me. There were flat screen TVs playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
