The plaque on the wall is complete udder bull. I had a appointment 11:15. The woman behind the desk can't schedule correctly, and Lillian, don't get me started. Shrenko asked her to look for my blood results, and instead she finished her EKG and started to slack off at the front desk, and then goes on 'Oh Shrenko found them but he is with another patient' I was here 3 hours in the waiting room and another what the HELL do you mean he's with another patient, he was with me for like 10mins. I don't know if they're trying to piss me off or they don't got the slightest idea what they are doing. I want my goddamn results. Also he brings up medication, then they fall through as if he never said anything. Got to be kidding me.
