Appointment was at 1630. Got there at 1620 and was put in a chair at 1635 and walked out 1724 without being seen. No one came in the room and said absolutely nothing!!! The lady behind the counter could use some customer service training and so should the doctor for leaving a patient in the room for soo long without any information on why the wait was for so long.

Overall it was a terrible experience. The people behind the counter were rude the Dentist did not even introduce himself when he walk into the room and would cut me off if he ask me a question and I began to answer. Then on top of all that the tooth I had problems with they were not able to fix properly and I had to go to a different dentist to have it done right.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
