All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They tell you what they are doing and ask for your input. Knowing that I don't have dental insurance they helped me by referring me to Tufts for a root canal so I could save money. They also treat my 3 year old and they are marvelous with him, gentle and caring and they explain things to him in terms he can understand to make him comfortable. Once you are a patient they are quick to fit you in too, I've had to come in for a crown bite being off a bit and they fit me in same day and when my tooth had a crack (not severe) they saw me that day and were able to schedule my crown appointment for a few days later. We personally see Dr. Dawna and we have had all great experiences and feel comfortable to recommend her services.
