They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Sometimes when I visit, I remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
