Go elsewhere. Bridgewater office is crowded and small. It is a 6 x 6 room with about 15 chairs. Expect to sit on the floor or stand if the office is busy. You can wait for an extensive period of time in the waiting room. There is very little explanation of what is going on with your child's progress through the orthodontic process. If you ask, you are given 20 seconds of time from the orthodontist - and he acts bothered by your questions. There is no recognition of patients. My kids have gone there for years and are still called the wrong names. When you try to make your next regular appointment, you are often told "There are really no openings" and are given one choice for the next appointment, If you cannot make it, you are told that you will have to wait an additional 6 weeks because "that is all they have". Look around. I have for my other kids. There are much better options for the same price with offices who care about the kids. This is a braces mill - they are looking for the highest quota of patients.
