i was always treated nice by your staff christina robachoid was always smiling and answered all my questions which made haveing every thing done seem like it was nothing because i hate going to the dentist i will recomend aspen detal to my friends thanks for making me feel comfotable and wanted everyone was great

Very caring staff, non judgemental. It had been a very long time since I had been to the dentist....they took care of me. I would reccomend to anyone who needs a new dentist.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this dentist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No Stars from me! Between Service, and help they get a zero! Called to make an appointment and to cancel but no one seems to pick up the phone. Then I have a tooth ache which is very painful I must add, they did an emergency appointment in 2 weeks but told them how much pain I was in so they pulled a week. I found else where that took me within the hour. This place is nothing but a joke. Money money and money is all they care about. They claim that my insurance doesnt cover root canal's, that was BS cause they do cover 80% of it. Their knowledge is not there and they want to upsell rather than help you. Stick with the private practices....stay away from ASPEN rip offs.
