I was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment. The staff did not let me know when I arrived that there was a delay. The dentist gave me so much Novocain that my tongue was numb but my lips and gums never got numb yet she proceeded to drill! When I politely requested the office to send my x-rays--(x-rays they had already billed my insurance for) by e-mail to another dentist. I was told they would charge $10 for this. Yes $10 to upload and send 4 jpg images! Its not like there was any printing or postage involved. The dentists, oral surgeon, and orthodontist that were there before were awesome but after my recent experiences I will never go there again.
