They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is a very friendly, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered completely. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience!

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. THEY ARE AN ACCEPTABLE DENTAL OFFICE! Dr. Powers and his staff work well together and are very knowledgeable and professional! Extremely skilled!
