I had to have dentures and found it hard emotionally. Felicia.............what can I say. You are the best. Not only is she great at her job, but she has a sweetness about her that really made me feel so much better. They are lucky to have her. Always keep your compassion and sweetness. It's hard to find someone who cares so much about their clients.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They've never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Theyve always been very considerate and professional. The office is comfortable and kept at a comfortable temperature. They didn't stick anything bad-tasting in my mouth. They always return my phone calls very promptly.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. There were personal TVs in every room and you could watch whatever you wanted during your appointment! Everyone was so friendly and my hygienist made me feel so comfortable even though before my appointment I felt guilty for not coming to the dentist for many years. She made me feel so good when she welcomed me back and said " today was a new start" for me. I LOVE ASPEN DENTAL IN METHUEN! I got to meet both of the female doctors there and a lot of the other staff during my few appointments and they are all such caring, understanding and compassionate people. Fortunately I live in the area, but I would drive a long way just to get to this office. You cannot find dental offices like this one! I am so glad I just called and made the appointment!
