I am already nervous enough with Covid-19. I had an appointment for an exam prior to having teeth pulled. I went for my exam and had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment. I then went back for my appointment to have teeth extracted and waited another 45 minutes before I ended up cancelling and leaving. The office should not be overbooking appointments during this covid-19 pandemic.

Most pleasant office personnel I have met. Dr. Smagalski was kind, talked me through the process and followed up with a call to check on me. Very gentle and efficient, so no pain!

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, and they don't make an effort to even try
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They cancel on me all the time.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Just as a side note, it was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
