I called with a need for a repair and spoke with Vee. She worked hard to arrange a time for me to meet the tech and he repaired the problem I had and I was on my way in maybe a half an hour. The follow up with Vee and the whole office was,as usual , fantastic. Always pleasant and thorough.
It was so nice to see everyone and get to say hello. You guys rock!

I’ve been meeting with Dr. lanes son , he is so professional in his work, as is his assistant Erin she’s so nice explaining everything and answers all your questions you may have I’m so happy 😁, can’t wait for the final results.

I visited Dr. Lane's practice for wisdom teeth extraction. Being immune compromised, I do not venture out of my home, during COVID, for close interaction with strangers unless it is unavoidable. Walking in to the Lane practice was comforting. The professional standard they have, in place for COVID, are very reassuring. I never once felt at risk. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Lane came in to explain why I needed the extractions and he treated me as if I had a functioning brain which is a welcome change from the way some medical professionals treat patients. The follow up visits have been of the same caliber.
I don't WANT to visit Dr. Lane, again but, if I do, I will feel very comfortable doing so.

This practice and Dr Lane could not have been a better experience for my wife and me. She was in trouble (emergency) with an abscessed tooth that needed immediate attention. First contact was with Vee in the front office who went above and beyond to squeeze us into a completely full schedule the day we called! Others we tried closer to home wouldn’t even consider seeing us.
We arrived assuming we would have a consultation followed by a plan for day(s) to come. Dr Lane took one look and declared she needed attention right away. 90 minutes later we left minus one bad tooth and with relief for pain and the prospect of a nights sleep for the first time in days.
Top to bottom this practice is first rate. Caring, professional, and skilled. Five stars!
Can’t thank these folks enough.

My 17 y/o daughter needed all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. We called for an appointment in less than a week we had the consultation and that same week surgery was scheduled in Sandwich. Dr. Lane evaluated my daughter before going home and answered any questions I had. The office staff were efficient and friendly and even gave us a pint of Peaceful Meadow ice cream, to eat, once the sedation wore off.

I would recommend Dr Lane....either one! They are super kind and have so much compassion! Although a difficult extraction Dr Bill Lane showed professionalism and kept asking if I needed a break! His dental assistant could not have been any nicer either! I am so thankful I chose them....the Peaceful Meadows ice cream was delicious and gone very quickly!! To go to that extreme for patients...you know they love their jobs!

Dr. Lane has treated me on multiple occasions over the past 20 years. I have experienced him to be kind, compassionate,
well qualified & conservative in treating each procedure.
His staff have always displayed knowledge & kindness in all aspects of patient care.
