They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
