They charge you for missing an appt when they make the mistake and when you have an emergency and have to cancel. Then when you try to see your counselor, they deny you until you pay them. I refuse to pay them and will seek help elsewhere. I will NEVER go back here ever! I wanted to give them no stars but had to give one to submit.

The counseling provided at Dr. Rothman's buisness is great, the counselors seem to really take the time to get to know you. Dr. Rothman himself however seems disinterested in your situation, barely makes eye contact with you, and is quick to diagnose you without doing a proper evaluation of your condition. If you think a doctor can get a full family history, full medical history, learn about you, your needs, and your situation in under 30 minutes do yourself a favor and see this doctor... he will surely find some medication to put you on and send you right to counseling. However if you are looking for valuable input and care about your outcome and coming out a better person I would recommend going elsewhere.

This place only cares about money. Putting you on medication, forcing you to sign contracts indicating you will continue weekly counseling until they say so, and other underhanded tactics are their means to an end. If you feel it is not working out and you want to go elsewhere you better believe they will bill you full unsubsidized price for 'missed appointments.' This guy only looks out for himself, STEER CLEAR.
