Richard is extremely knowledgeable, highly competent, and gives an excellent (pain-free) needle. His wife Heidi is an perfect complement to Richard's practice, and the receptionist is also friendly and capable. Unfortunately, the office is only open three days now, which makes getting an appointment problematical. Nevertheless I recommend this practice highly. I would rate them five stars except that I am sitting here on Labor Day weekend in excruciating pain because a tooth broke off, and no one has returned my phone calls. (I am in AGONY at the moment). Nor, may I add, have any of the other area dentists --- some of whom have the gall to advertise themselves as "available for emergencies 24 hours a day." There are people hospitals open 24/7. There are veterinary hospitals open 24/7. What is it with dentists?

I have been going to Dr Luise for many years. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I have never been pressured for any kind of procedures. Dr Luise is always ready to listen to my requests and answer any questions I may have. He has always been able to provide choices for the kinds of things that I needed to have done. I always felt that I had been fully informed. I have had a lot of work done over the years and some of it was very involved. I have never experienced pain during any of these procedures or afterwards. If I indicated any discomfort, Dr Luise would always stop and make sure that I was comfortable before continuing.
