Good people. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in my lifetime, and I'm creeping up on 60yrs now, so I know plenty about good AND bad customer service.

From start to finish on 9/9/21 the BOMS team (in order of appearance: Rachel, Sandy, Dr. Chuang, & Jenn) could not have made me feel more at ease. I can not recommend these folks enough!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Im 30 yrs old and had 4 wisdom teeth to be removed and d only place that accepted masshealth was this place. set up d appt for Nov. 19 @ 10am and was mad scared d day before cause was never put to sleep before and i was also thinking about d aftermath. Therefore I come online looking for Dr Goveias reviews and only found one by lulula1428 and got more worried.

But when I stepped into d procedure room d people were very corteous unlike lulula said and d doctor performed an outstanding job.As a result, my jaws didnt swell, only had pain for a day and didnt need pain meds....just antibiotics to prevent infection

D guy is good at what he does period.

I went to get a tooth extracted on 4/8/09 by dr. gerald goveia. It was the worst experience of my life. I was supposed to be put under general anesthesia, and be sleeping for the procedure. They administered the meds and nothing happened. I never went to sleep and I felt every pull, tug, break, and anything else you can feel under those circumstances. I was screaming for them to stop because of the pain...EXCRUTIATING PAIN!!! He told me to shut up and that he had patients that were in the waiting area that could hear me. To be honest I hope they did. He is nothing short of a butcher. He completely tore my gum apart requiring stitches and also had 4 people restrain me even though I was begging and screaming to have them stop...needless to say they didnt and i only recieved 1 shot of novacaine as if i was just getting a filling. I will never go back there and I am looking for legal counsel to pursue the damage emotional and otherwise that he and his staff caused. He should have his license revoked. he is a hack and dont go to this man!!!
