At all costs do not trust this doctor with your child's care.. She talks a good game but if your child heaven for bid has a serious medial condition requiring follow-up and attention, this is not your doctor. My child had a seriuos mediical siituation that this doctor gave lip service too, Dr seagle and her staff are more concerned with churning patients and giving the false impression of genuine concern when the reality is quite the opposite.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

My children have been seeing Dr. Seagle from Birth and 9 yrs of age. I have alsways been well informed by her. she has always taken the time to sit with us and discuss any concerns including those that are non medical before examination. It pains me to now have to move my youngest becasue of him reaching 21 yrs of age but he will always be her little peanut. She has been seeing him since birth.

Most of the staff, particularly the ladies at the front desk and the older woman taking the bills, are very rude, lazy and difficult to work with. It takes days to get any health forms or records-- and I had to visit the office multiple times during my work day because they did not have the forms ready due to their incompetence. No apologies either. The fact that they've been working in this office for years reflects poorly on the pediatricians in my opinion. The doctor is inattentive and there is no personalized attention to my child.

Yes, they were bright and child-friendly
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Yes
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile
