Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

This doctor is extremely impersonal, my last (and I DO MEAN my last) checkup, he did not say a single word to me, not even Hello. The rest of my family did not like him.
Although I have always had gum issues, Dr. L never checked or mentioned them, a 30 second "poke-around) and he was gone.
The last straw was sending my son there after he chipped his front tooth. He grinded down his tooth without giving him any novacaine or pain medication. My NEW dentist was flabergasted at hearing this.
