I went with a long list of complaints. Dr. Kujala was very attentive and accommodating. Dr. Kujala took every complaint very seriously, put a plan together to address my complaints, and discussed it with me to ensure that I, as a client, agree with it.
The staff is very friendly, nice and professional. They e-mail me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, and requesting confirmation or rescheduling, if needed. I thought the staff was amazing; they worked hard on dealing with all my dental insurance issues and paperwork (since I have 3 of them). I discussed with a member of the staff my dental insurance policies, and was given a very helpful advice, since it is open-season at work, on how to choose dental insurance. Their office has a very flexible schedule to accommodate my late hours and always get me in on time every time.
