The staff here is always very helpful. Especially the ladies up front. They always go out of their way to find out more information for you. This office is great with so much flexibilty. I would highly recommend this office to any of my friends and family!

I went to the dentist for a tooth ache... waited an hour and 1/2. They NEVER addressed the problem, Billed me over $350 and never took care of the problem. THEY AVOIDED TREATING THE EMERGENCY YET FOUND A WAY TO BILL EXPENSIVE FEES FOR SECONDARY (NOT PRIMARY) CARE. MY TOOTH WAS NEVER ADDRESSED UNTIL I POINTED OUT WHERE IT HURT. WANTED ME TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER CONSULTATION TO HEAR A PLAN OF CARE... WHICH WAS, AGAIN, NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL PAIN WHICH WAS A BAD TOOTH. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking AND over charging clients here.
I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. If a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They NEVER gave me a report as promised. They never got to the problem... but did find time to advise me on braces and cosmetic items which didn't resolve the pain. They only cared about what would make them the most money. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment, they had me as the patient wait... spoke out loud about charting as if the hygenist was 'a new staff member' while training on their new system. the new system should have been trained without customers prior my being in the chair... they made ME sit through an hour of extra time (there 2 hrs) and only got my teeth cleaned ... which wasn't the purpose at all of my visit!!!!!!
and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Imy experience was WAY BELOW sub-par.

Dr. Tabb is wonderful! She has been taking great care of all of our family's dental needs for over 20 years. We have complete trust in her knowledge and expertise. She is always extremely professional, kind and caring. Overall we could not be happier!

Worst of the 10 dentists I've used in my adult life. Tried to push tons of extra services on me that I did not need, and that subsequent dentists confirmed I did not need. Gave me a harder sell than a used car salesman. One of the teeth she restored needed to be redone within weeks; I decided to suck it up and paid a new dentist to fix it rather than return to her.
