The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The toothpaste that they used during my cleaning did not taste good at all. I couldn't wait to spit it out. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was required to pay for an x-ray with my cleaning that was supposed to be free. It cost $135. After taking the x-ray, they never went over it and explain or gave me a quote for what I needed. A month later, I called an asked for my x-ray so I could go to another dentist and get my fillings done.

I can't be confident that Dr. Molloy will work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a temporary, expensive solution that works - until it breaks and I come back for another treatment...this has happened repeatedly. And happened to several members of my immediate and extended family. I also felt that my insurance was being overcharged. I had to report this to my insurance. There are also all of these extra fees like "bio-hazard" fees for him to sterilize his equipment - ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB??? I was shocked when Dr. Molloy rudely dismissed my concerns as "typical" and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I felt like each time I came in, that Dr. Molloy was only trying to make money off different unnecessary treatments because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures and devices that I knew weren't necessary. He should've respected my decision. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment - as they double book, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.
