Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door

I am so happy to have found a dentist office that is concern and cares about their patients. They take the time to listen and to explain each procedure which really helps to make you feel caIm and relaxed. I was so impressed with their professionalism. The level of service I received was absolutely outstanding. Our time is important to them too. So, they DO NOT keep you waiting for hours on them. They are always on time. They also completely surpassed all my expectations the first visist. I really feel like I am a member of Bowie Family Dental Care. The home of the greatest dentist that I have the experence to know.
