I have never been to any dentist or doctor and my insurance turned down! I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield! This dentist says he does not except it, but will take cash!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am very pleased to be a Happy Customer! He has changed my small grin into a great smile. Dr. Wilfred A. Charles, DDS gives you complete and trustworthy service. I am proud to refer him to my family and friends.

I don't know what the person above is talking about, I have gone to Dr Charles for years and he is the dentist for my entire family! I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. He works hard to make us feel comfotable and welcome in his practice, and always cooperates with us as patients to make things manageable where insurance falls short. He is now in a new office facility that is very nice! If you live in the area and need a dentist, I highly suggest him!

This guy and his team cheated on your deductibles and they will attempt to charge you for the difference between their charge and the amount allowed by the insurance company (which is illegal). And they will fudge and lie to you that they don't know that they have no right to charge you for such a difference. What a nonsense!
Be careful, and avoid them by all means if possible. Extremely unethical practitioner! His license should be revoked!
