Pluses: good surgeons. Minuses: everything else. Horrible, uncaring, dense staff. Surgeon didn't seem to care that I had a lot of questions and appeared to want to just get on with everything. Pain management post-surgery was totally inadequate. I spent the weekend and much of the next week in unnecessary pain. Also, when I woke up disoriented and crying after having wisdom teeth extracted, the staff left me alone in the operating room for several minutes! Totally negligent behavior.
