They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Finally, ALL of the providers are kind, caring, and have become like family. My whole family has been with Dr, Bernard & associates for over 10 years.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
