Great office - I don't know what the others are talking about but I have never had an issue here, and I'm not the easiest patient.

Hold on to your wallet! The medical quality and attention were excellent but the snobby British admin person is insufferable. She intentionally did not submit a claim to my insurance. This doctor overcharged me by $808 and refused to refund my money until they were paid by my insurance. Know your benefits and watch them closely.

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid Sherman Pamela H DMD I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to.

Dr. Sherman is a wonderful doctor. She has extracted my two teeth and both the times my experience was absolutely painless. Her staff is very friendly and comforting. My overall experience was excellent. Also, her office is very nice and peaceful.

Dr. Pamela Sherman should have her license taken away!
We went to Dr. Sherman to have my 14-year-old daughter's impacted wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Sherman was supposed to put her under general anesthesia for the procedure. Instead, because my daughter had a cough within the past week, she told us she could use general. She said that she would used nitrous and make sure our daughter was comfortable and out of pain. Dr. Sherman used a local anesthesia on the first three teeth and there was no problem, but the fourth was wrapped around her jaw bone. The procedure was supposed to take about an hour. As Dr. Sherman worked on her fourth impacted wisdom tooth, the local anesthesia wore off. My daughter sobbed and complained of the pain and Dr. Sherman did not renumb the tooth. They were well into the second hour of the procedure and, because the doctor was running late, Dr. Sherman decided not to take the time to numb my daughter, but to finish the procedure without pain meds. (She said it was a "judgement call.") Then, Dr. Sherman turned up the music in the room, so that those of us in the waiting room could not hear my daughter's cries.
After 2 1/2 hours, I was finally allowed to see my daughter who was convulsing as she breathed from crying to hard.
My daughter is a very brave patient who sometimes doesn't even get Novocain for fillings. She's a tough athlete who didn't even cry when she broke her arm.
Dr. Sherman brutalized, tortured and traumatized her in barbaric fashion.
