Very professional and techno-savvy. Dr. German and his staff had everything on their tablet computers. Very efficient. I had two wisdom teeth extracted and they were very thorough in telling me what to expect, explaining the procedure and all of the risks. It was painful, certainly, but probably not as bad as I was expecting and my recovery was fairly quick. The waiting room has very few seats, and he is fairly busy, so I don't know if it was all that comfortable for my wife while she was waiting for me. Staff was very courteous, very pleasant and a delight to deal with. It was also not nearly as expensive as I had anticipated, either. All in all a good experience (well, about as good as having two impacted wisdom teeth extracted can be).
