Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Only issue is in servicing the non english speaking clients their desk staff are always english as a second language and that has been a signficant barrier when calling in to schedule appointment or ask for soemthing extra like a copy of a receipt etc.
