Love Dr. Coronel's office. The staff is always very friendly and they go out of their way to get you an appointment immediately if you need it. Dr. Coronel takes his time with each patient, explaining everything that he is doing or that needs done. I've been to a lot of different dentists over the years and he is by far the best I've seen.

Outstanding patient care, professional staff, clean cozy office environent; I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of my teeth after wearing Six Month Smiles braces. I'm recommending Dr. Coronel to anyone who needs his services.

I have spent a total of $2925 for treatment at Dr. Coronel's clinic, and I absolutely regret bringing my business and hard earned money to such a despicable business which has only been interested in giving me a hard time, threatening to charge me even more money in the form of a consultation fee for records that I have a right to, displaying no knowledge of HIPAA laws and REFUSING to accept a doctor's note for missed appointments due to sickness.

I had been going there for 2 years, and very often I would have to wait an average of 40 minutes before being seen. They have no consideration for their patient's time, several times the doctor randomly canceled appointments because he was sick or busy, within 24 hours of the appointment! Beware! I am never going back!

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. There was lots of available parking at their office, however. Office kept changing appointment time wanting me to come in early and immediately due to many cancellations (now mine included). They seem to be inconsiderate of patient's schedules but most interested in moving people around to fill in their appt. book and charging people for cancellation fees even though it was Dr's office who started moving peoples schedules repeatedly! First office visit took way too long, even though I was the only patient there. Everything was in slow motion and inefficient: not returning to this office again.
