What a nice place to have dental work done. They got me in right away, Dr.Gauthier replaced my crown and did a fantastic job. Dr Gauthier gives a really good novacaine shot so i didnt feel a thing. Robinwood Dental gave me a breakdown of the cost before we started and they take our insurance, so they're no $$ surprises. We LOVE this place.

Terrible customer service. All I was requesting was a teeth cleaning, and Dorothy informed me since it had been some time I would be treated as a "New patient", therefore I couldn't get my teeth cleaned upon my initial appointment. I informed her of my circumstances and she really didn't seem to care, nor did she care that I ultimately told her I'd have to look elsewhere. I actually had a similar situation with another dentist who went above and beyond to work with me based on my schedule, was friendly, and ultimately wanted to retain me as a client. Sadly this was not the case with Robinwood Dental. I think Dorothy could use a lesson in customer service and patient care, and should have a job as an order taker vs. someone who is actually supposed to assist with helping patients.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. This place is great. I HATE the dentist. I have been to several in Hagerstown and this is the ONLY dentist i look foward to going to. Even if you are nervous about going to the dentist, Try robinwood. they are gentle and will not let you feel any pain.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Dr,O Drill to far into the tooth and now i have to have a root canel and a cap . Will never go back after they fix what they mess up.
