I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. the laidy at the desk is very inexperience of what she is doing.My wife and i give her our insurance cards, and she send us to a out of network doctor who work in the office, which cause us to pay $150.00 more than what we were suppose to pay. and also after the dentis finish fillind my tooth he didnt even floss the remaining filling from between them. so i personally would'nt recommend any one to him.
