They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, the lady in front office always rude. every time I call she refer me to different dentist.
