Yes, the entire process was thoroughly explained and they answered all my questions
Did you meet with the cosmetic surgeon during your consultation, or a representative?
The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like
Do your results appear natural?
Absolutely! I still looked like myself, but I looked even better!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes they sent me plenty of informational material before my consultation

Not that I have seen
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

No, they didn't pressure me
