The dentist / owner here is very unprofessional! She disconnected the call on me three times. My fiancé is a fairly new patient, had been here once and started to have major complications! I reached out during business hours posted on google and the dentist got upset saying she isn’t American and she can’t just come in office to assist with what we think is an emergency.
I requested some options on what to do , advised her of the complications he was having and advised that he is being treated under her care and she should be able to provide something to assist.

Very unprofessional and rude. She hung up and told me to have him double down on amoxicillin. I asked her to put that in writing because it doesn’t seem practical, professional or safe to suggest such a demand without seeing the actual patient.

Listen to the reviews!! We chose this location because of the how close it was to our home however I was warned by the reviews on google and still decided to proceed. Bad choice!!!!

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me.she would not give me any pain medication and my tooth was cracked. They made my appointment for a month later and told me to deal with the pain. Dr Lim is VERY RUDE!! The office looks like a chop shop, people screaming dirty floors!! GROSS!! Very unprofessional and RUDE!!

If you could read people well you would know that she is an inconsiderate____/ She is extremely rude and once again inconsiderate. Not to mention the fact she has a fifteen year old "receptionist" working for her with no work permit. Probably not paying her even min. wage and getting away with it because the girl has special needs. Long story short I have infected gums and teeth due to my wisdom teeth. I called at 10pm on a Saturday to get office hours she picked up the phone and basically said she didnt have the time for me but she could call in a prescription when it was convenient for her. I called all day Sunday to get the prescription called in. Her receptionist told me she didnt have time to call it in, she might be able to call it in on Monday if she had time. I told her tooth infections call kill you i suggest she relay the message and get the prescription called in before 9pm tonight when my pharmacy closes. Dr. lim called me back saying she would not call in the prescription go see an emergency room and she doesnt even know who I am she will throw my records away because i threatened her staff. YOU WILL HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU.!!!! Dont go to her . In an emergency situation you will not get help from her. She doesnt care about any of you. Shes sneaky rude and evil. Someone will put her out of business. mark my words!
