I have to give kudos out to this amazing lady.

I had the unfortunate situation of breaking a tooth... on Memorial Day! !!-800 Dentist tried to find someone for me, but all the dentists that claimed they were open on the holiday or provided emergency services, were not open.

I also called 3 dentists personally that stated in their websites that they offered emergency care, and called their "on call" phone. No return calls.

Finally, I figured I would try this office, I had been meaning to make an appointment there anyway. I called their emergency line, and the doc picked up immediately!

She was out of town, but talked me through what to do until I could get in to see her or someone else, and will be doing her best to work me in tomorrow.

Talk about amazing customer service from a dentist! There aren't a lot of people like Dr. O'Brien out there anymore.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures?
Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.
