They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was very friendly and socially fun to be in. The staff made me feel very welcome. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
