I haven’t seen the Dr. for 21 years. When I saw him I was in an abusive relationship and got punched in the face. It was a blessing in disguise that I went to Dr. Lauretano Not only did he tell me I needed my cheek reconstructed. He also found a lump in my throat and he did a biopsy. Well the biopsy came back cancer. So I went to Mass Eye &Ear and got my cheek done Then the cancer removed then my Thyroid removed. I am so grateful to have met Dr. Lauretano. I just had some dental work and had 4 teeth removed on the side of my reconstruction on my cheek. I believe I’m going to have to make a visit with the doctor to see if my cheek is ok. It’s been swollen and I’ve been feeling discomfort and it’s not from the teeth removal. Great doctor! I will never forget him.
