The office staff was great but Dentist seemed rushed and rude. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
