Awful! Rude customer service. Was called out of my name by receptionist for no reason. Very unprofessional arrogant people. My family will never return to this place. They are also money hungry and disingenuous.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
Dr. Brown was very personable and I felt very comfortable under his care. I had a root canal and a bridge put in and had no issues what so ever. I have moved alot over the past few years and Dr. Brown was the best dentist I have seen. Period. The staff was friendly and accomadating. I saw Dr brown back in 2006/07.

They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They were late a few times to my appointments and always waited on multiple patients at the same time, delaying my care. I often presented with cold sores/fever blisters after their care. After going to see another Dentist because I moved; I found that many procedures this office performed were done improperly and in many cases unnecessarily. I was disappointed that I put my trust in this dental practice and now feel like I have been had. Many hours in the dentist chair and dollars down the drain. Definetly would NOT reccomend.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
