I wish I had never taken my children there. The office manager Rocky is very nasty. I have a lot of billing issues from their mistake. The 2 girls at the front has all my information messed up. I will never go there again DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Dr. Jenkins and her incredible staff at ABC Dentistry are ALWAYS friendly, professional, and they care about their patients. The office is extremely KID FRIENDLY with bright colors, televisions, and smiling faces. I had an issue with my insurance and the receptionist dealt with the issue in a professional manner while my child waited to be seen. She saved me the embarrassment and took care of the matter as best she could. My child saw Dr. Jenkins and now wants to become a DENTIST when she grows up! It's a GREAT practice and I'm so happy they are in my neighborhood.

Stay far, far away from this place! Scary, and unnecessary procedures demanded with no real explanation or individual time and care given to explain anything. They imply that you need to pay up front for outrageous procedure/s right then and there before services are even performed and before you even get a second opinion. Don't be fooled, don't do it!

Not friendly to my children and even after many visits, never gave us any acknowledgement of ever having seen us before. Horrific billing practices that will even have your insurance company scratching their head. They collect money for visits that should be routine, usual checkups and want it all up front. Please check with your insurance company prior to handing over even a penny to these people. The only reason I gave them a half a star is because it wouldn't let me give zero stars. Stay away from this place.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

This dentist has disappointed me. My daughter had been seen there since she was 2 yrs old (2008) and she is now 6. The service has gotten worse and worse as time goes on. The staff has told us our insurance was no longer accepted and had me paying out of pocket when in fact it was accepted and had they looked at the card they would have known that our plan was one they accept.

My daughter had quite a bit of work done on her teeth. The most major were two baby root canals. After 6 mos one of the teeth had an abscess and had to be extracted. 6 mos later the same thing happened to the other tooth. When I asked why this would happen to my daughter twice on teeth they had treated i was not really given an explanation that exceeded "sometimes these things happen"... I chose not to have them extract the tooth and went to another dentist for a second opinion. The other dentist agreed that the tooth was infected and needed to come out. She explained that it wasnt necessarily due to mistake on the part of the dentist but went into in depth explanation as to WHY these things sometimes happen with baby root canals. That would have been what I would have expected at ABC dentistry but did not receive, I will be having the new dentist extract the tooth and will not return to ABC.

It isnt a bad place but they could benefit from improving their customer service

This Dentist scheduled my daughter's appointment for her 6th month cleaning called me and ask me to come in a few days earlier because they were not opening on the day they previously scheduled. They billed my insurance and the claim was rejected because the cleanings were not 6 months apart. In 2010 the claim was denied but no one informed me. They scheduled another appointment for me in 2011 and told me when I was leaving that I did not owe any money it was covered by the insurance and scheduled another 6 month cleaning in 2012. When I got to the office today, I was asked if I had another insurance company, I said no. They said that they could not find me in my insurance system. They then told me that I owed them hundreds of dollars because my insurance denied the claims for 2010 and 2011. and that in order for my daughter to be seen I had to pay the bill immediately (Cleaning which my Dental Insurance covers 100% every 6 months for the past 10 years). When I looked at the dates, I noticed that the dates they are claiming for the cleanings were not 6 months apart. In fact they were a few days short of 6 months. I then ask them how can we fix this problem and she told me to call the insurance company and do not give them dates but tell them that the Dentist office will be resubmitting the bills. She tried calling the insurance but could not get a live operator to speak to and so I was told that I had to pay the bill, (when in fact it was their problem that they had scheduled me for 6 month cleanings and rescheduled my appointments so that it did not fall within the 6th month guideline). The Office Manager was extremely rude and "ghetto". She refused to have me speak to the Dentist and said that the Dentist had nothing to do with the Bad scheduling and there was nothing she could do because of the mistake but have me pay the bill. Beware, very incompetent without any knowledge of scheduling and how a dentist office should be run. There are also some cleanliness problems, gloves used to touch files and touch hair placed in patients mouth.
