I was a patient here in elementary/middle school, and came back 10 years later because my teeth had moved, despite wearing my retainer every night since. I was only concerned about my top four teeth being aligned. They gave me three options: A retainer that would move one tooth, a retainer that would move all of my top teeth, or a full set of top and bottom invisalign (because my bottom teeth had shifted too, again despite wearing the retainers they gave me). I came in for about three "free consultations" to discuss options and payment plans. Even the cheapest option was more than I could afford, and for one tooth? During my multiple visits, I only saw Dr. Yoon maybe a total of five minutes, and he continually pushed the most expensive option.

I ended up going to a different orthodontist who was able to tell me WHY my teeth had moved, and not only worked with me to find the single best solution to move target teeth, but at HALF the cost.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The office staff is extreamly friendly and helpful. Dr. Yoon spent a lot of time working with my daughter and explaining how her treatment was going. My daughter really enjoyed going to this office she would see her friends / classmates and we always felt like family in this office.

My brother went to get his orthodontics treatments from Chesterfield Orthodontics in Pasadena, MD. First, the location was perfect for us and it was probably the only reason choosing this office. We met Dr. Yoon, one of the two dentists there, and he has convinced us their cost was a lot more reasonable than any other orthodontics in this area. It was an important matter for us and we believed him. Soon after we began the treatments, we found out their cost was actually higher than other places in fact. It was too late to change or anything because we signed the contract and already made the initial payment, but we were upset how Dr. Yoon made us believe he was telling the truth. As we see more of Dr. Yoon, we realized he seemed more like a business man than a doctor. The worst thing was that he actually did almost nothing physically for my brother's ongoing treatments. Ok,it was like this. After 40-45 min. of waiting time which was normal in this office, Dr. Yoon would just come and have a short look at your teeth and he let nurses do the treatments. The treatment room was like one big room without cubicles where 5-7 people laying down waiting for Dr. Yoon and the nurses. This was what we experienced paying over 2300 dollars. When paying that much price, I think anyone deserves better.
