I took my daughter for tooth extraction and one of them was on top of the nerves. They told us to do a 3D x-ray that costs $480 of my pocket and without it she can not extract. After the x-ray, she did not even know how to analyze the x-ray in computer and searching for the buttons to see what was going on. I decided to go to another doc in Elk ridge and he did the same x-ray for free w/o even doing the surgery.
Eventually the same doc had my daughter's tooth extracted w/o any issues.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I am not comfortable with dental work, which has caused me to neglect my teeth for at least 20 years. I walked in to Dr. Sandler's office (nice atmosphere) anticipating only a consultation visit and ended up actually having the procedure done. Dr. Sandler and her staff were kind, understanding and patient. Dr. Sandler explained the procedure -- what I would feel and how to keep myself calm. A nice touch was they played music you liked during the procedure, which really helped the atmosphere. Also, great Halloween decorations and 3D wall art.

I was scheduled to have 4 teeth removed, and they billed me for all the charges with that. Due to medical complications only one tooth was removed. I asked for my money back since Joanie insisted it would remain as an overpayment on my account, and was told it was already 'processed'. Once my insurance company paid Dr. Sandler's office, I would receive my refund. What kind of office does that? What kind of procedures are these? I've reported them to every agency I can and will take them to small claims court if I don't get my money refunded.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
