I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice but I felt comfortable there.
