Dr. Keith Theodore, is perhaps the coldest, and rudest dentist. His license should be revoked, for trying to pull a "tooth" when the patient, is immune to numing solution. Please run, dont walk from this office. The office is outdated, and stuck in the 1980's. The secretary, and the dental hygentist were the only thing that keep me from going insane, while i took my sixteen year old daughter here for her annual cleaning, because her regular dentist was out of town.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They always return my phone calls. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
