They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I would definitely say that this was a kid-friendly orthodontist. The decor provided a fun, comfortable atmosphere and there was magazines and entertainment. I have a good idea of what the results will be. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
