One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They only had metal braces available, I wouldn't go here if you need Invisalign or tooth-colored braces because they don't offer those. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Dr. Remmes is really nice! The whole staff there is really nice! Even though it is a 2.5-3 hour drive from where I live, I think it is worth it. He is the BEST! If you go in early, they try to get in early. Like today, I had a appointment, and I was there half hour early, and they got me in when I got there. No one was really there so they took me in. I absolutely love it there!
