Waited half hour before being called in. Spent 15 minutes waiting in the exam room before physicians assistant came in. Was advised then that the doctor was not in. Asked where the doctor was and no one had an answer. Asked why I wasn't told this when I first came in and no one had an answer. Someone should have had an answer. This was the second time this happened. Left without rescheduling. Not going back.

I never see the doc, but , that isnt all bad, I dont really like him, feels like he cant be bothered to accually talk to me but his assistant is nice. i like her...I do think i get good care and advice shekleeps him up to date. . maybe hes shy? seems to be a good doc otherwise.

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
