They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The doctor can come across as mean and short patience. Doesn't take the time to listen to your concerns. Their staff was not friendly at all, I felt the front desk staff was rude and plain mean and I heard other patients getting upset with the girls at the front desk.. I feel like my appointment was pointless since the doctor didn't take the time to figure out what the issue was. Just kept trying to give injections and prescribe medication after medication. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

The doctor was friendly but repeatedly mistreated and misdiagnosed. I had to find another doctor to have my symptoms properly treated. Their staff was not friendly at all, very rude over the phone, and unwilling to work with patients in a friendly manner. I was repeatedly billed wrong and paid copays when no copay was due. I was not reimbursed, nor credited for the over payment. When I inquired about the billing error, I was hung up on and my bill was sent to collections, even though I have full coverage insurance.
