It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule and once at my appointment I was taken back to a room promptly. That's where my positive experience ended. Once in the exam room, I was told to undress, get gowned and the doctor would see me. She came in briefly, was called out for a phone call and, after waiting for twenty very long minutes for her to return, a staff member finally came in to tell me she had been called away and wouldn't be returning, I would need to reschedule. I've not experienced anything quite as unprofessional before. I was angry and felt somewhat humiliated at having been left there, undressed, for so long. Naturally, I didn't rebook and haven't returned. I really don't think they deserve a recommendation.
