I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
